The aim was to strike a balance between comfort and contemporary design, creating a sense of sophistication and warmth.
Space and Details

A cobogó screen emerges as a distinctive feature, delineating a subtle separation without, however, completely obstructing the flow between spaces. Its presence offers a balance between privacy and visual connection, allowing light and air circulation to flow freely.
The main living area utilizes muted tones to create a calming environment.

The introduction of black details or wardrobes with tinted glass appears as elegant and trendy contemporary design elements.
The absence of joints in the microcement maximizes the spaciousness of the suites and distinguishes each room, as each surface pattern is unique.
